Designed for use with municipal water only, the UC-200 is not suitable for private well water. It effectively reduces a wide variety of organic and inorganic contaminants such as chlorine, disinfection byproducts, herbicides, pesticides, sediment, heavy metals, bad taste, odors, and more.

The installation process is stress-free and straightforward, as the UC-200 connects directly to the kitchen sink's cold-water line, eliminating the need to drill holes in the countertop. Additionally, CuZn provides alternative install kits for unique scenarios at no extra cost.

With a diameter of 4.5 inches and a height of 15.5 inches, the UC-200 is designed to stand vertically on its base. Utilizing a powerful combination of KDF-55 Filter Media, Coconut Shell Carbon, and Micro Sediment Membrane technologies, the UC-200 is a tried-and-true filtration system with a durable, long-life design.

The UC-200 does not reduce TDS or PPM type meter readings, making it unsuitable for TDS removal. To ensure its performance, CuZn recommends using DPD One type chlorine test strips and replacing the filter when chlorine breakthrough is detected in the filtered water.
